Your Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries on social media

Provide support and solutions related to platform use policies and features

Escalate issues when necessary and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Work closely with your team and stay updated on new platform developments
Comprehensive training is providedbring your Russian skills and enthusiasm!
What Were Looking For

Fluent Russian

Intermediate English (B2) for internal communication

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

Ability to work in shifts (including evenings and weekends) with 2 days off per week
