Your Role as a Customer Advisor
As a Customer Support Specialist your mission is to solve problems build trust and make every interaction count. Youll be the face (or voice!) of the brand delivering support that feels personal helpful and human.
What Youll Be Doing

Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone email and chat

Troubleshoot problems using tools training and documentation
