Your Role as a Customer Advisor

As a Customer Support Specialist your mission is to solve problems build trust and make every interaction count. Youll be the face (or voice!) of the brand delivering support that feels personal helpful and human.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone email and chat

  • Troubleshoot problems using tools training and documentation

  • Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy

  • Offer solutions to frequently asked questions

  • Represent the brand with clarity and enthusiasm

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Who Were Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Fluent Italian

  • Solid English skills (B2 or higher)

  • Basic tech proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly

  • Availability to work rotating shifts (morning/evening/weekends)

Great-to-Haves

  • Previous customer support hospitality or client-facing experience

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Active listening and emotional intelligence

  • A collaborative team-player mindset
