Job Description
Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers ensuring a seamless and professional experience. You will contribute to building strong relationships resolving inquiries efficiently and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Resolve issues and provide accurate information to clients and customers.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer experience.
Qualifications :

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus.
