Credentials and Experience:
- Previous experience with Oracle Simphony or similar F&B POS systems is essential
- Familiarity with relational databases and TCP/IP networks.
- Proficiency in hardware setup and troubleshooting.
ResponsibilitiesYour Mission:
- Analyze and Understand:Dive into the world of Oracle Simphony Point-of-Sale or similar F&B Point-of-Sale software becoming the go-to expert.
- Configure and Install:Tailor the solution to each customers unique needs ensuring a perfect fit.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with customers
- Proceed with Property Configuration tasks in Oracle Cloud Simphony Enterprise Management Console
- Install Troubleshoot and Test Hardware and POS Peripherals
- Conduct training sessions on Oracle POS Technology with key users
- Assist customers during Go-Lives and ensure Post-Live reviews
- Review assess and resolve customer queries related to Oracle POS Technology
