This is a permanent full-time role with the ideal candidate being based in Melbourne however this role is also open to out of state applications.
Our role will be hybrid and offer flexible WFH options.

About the role
As theTraining and Capability Coordinator youll be responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of learning and engagement programs for Firefighting Services. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure training schedules are met as well as building strong relationships ensuring compliance is maintained and capability gaps are addressed through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
