Job Description

In this role you will:- Represent Apple within multiple partner stores and help customers develop relationships with our brand.- Sell directly to customers work closely with partners and create new owners of our products. Your success will be measured on your ability to drive influence even when you are not in the store. - Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products accessories and services.- Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.- Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.- Ensure that all Apple fixtures product exposures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apples standards.- Align with your leader on weekly partner visits.- Provide daily care and inspection of multiple points of sale according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution.- Educate partners and customers by offering small in-store trainings delivering demos sharing the latest sales promotions and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.- Distill key themes nuances and insights from your store visits and share feedback with other Apple teams.


  • Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience

  • Ambition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions is desirable
  • Background in direct sales or solution-based selling is a plus


At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $23.00 and $29.99/hr and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apples discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apples Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
