Job Description
We are seeking a Product Lead with deep expertise in the MarTech/AdTech ecosystem to join our fast-growing remote-first team. As a key member of our senior leadership you will play a vital role in shaping our product direction and long-term success.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Lead in the MarTech or AdTech space
- Strong working knowledge of the use creation and value of first-party/customer data
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear product and engineering requirements
- Capable of leading product developers and engineering teams; familiarity with relevant product development platforms and technologies
- Willingness and ability to be hands-on and engage in technical/product detail when necessary
- Previous experience working with early-stage startups and a passion for building long-term value
- Track record of contributing as a strategic member of senior staff or leadership teams
