Position: ServiceNow Tester
Location: Bengaluru KA (Hybrid Mode)
Budget: 140K-150K Per Month (17-18 LPA)
Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 6 years
Position general duties and tasks:
A ServiceNow Tester is responsible for validating the functionality performance and reliability of ServiceNow applications. This includes designing and executing test plans identifying defects and ensuring that solutions meet business and technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM ITOM SPM)
- Use Automated Test Framework (ATF) within ServiceNow to streamline testing
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements Perform functional regression integration and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Track and manage defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Prepare test documentation including test plans scripts and reports
- Participate in project phase-end reviews and provide feedback on usability and design
- Ensure compliance with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) methodologies
Requirements:
- 3 8 years of experience in ServiceNow testing
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities
- Experience with ATF Selenium or other automation tools Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems
- Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Specialist
- Experience in ITOM SecOps or GRC modules
- Knowledge of performance and security testing
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
