1. Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations using best practices and standards. Holds a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and holds one or more ServiceNow Mainline Certifications at an Implementation Specialist level in the following technology customer or employee workflows: o IT Service Management o Hardware Asset Management o Software Asset Management o Service Mapping o Customer Service Management o Human Resources An ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in ServiceNow that meet business needs. Proficiency in using Microsoft development practices platforms and technologies (i.e. Office 365 SharePoint and Azure DevOps). Demonstrated experience in monitoring system health and proactively addressing any issues to minimise downtime. Well-developed communication skills including the ability to distil technical information in plain English to communicate with influence.
2. 1. Tertiary qualifications or industry recognised certification in Information Management Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
2. Industry recognised ServiceNow certification such as ServiceNow Certified Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
3. Demonstrated knowledge of IT frameworks such as ITIL and TOGAF.
4. Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale ICT transformation projects/programs preferably in a Commonwealth Government setting.
