Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM Consultant
Location: California (Remote)
Job Type: Contract/Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement configure and optimize ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITAM (IT Asset Management) modules.
- Manage CMDB Discovery Event Management Service Mapping and Asset Lifecycle processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools for automated asset tracking and operational visibility.
- Develop workflows scripts and reports to enhance ITAM/ITOM functionality.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and IAITAM/ITOM certifications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to align asset management with business needs.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM & ITAM (Discovery CMDB Event Management Hardware/Software Asset Management).
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM CIS-ITOM) ITIL v4 or IAITAM (CSAM/CAMP).
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes cloud assets and license management.
- Scripting skills (JavaScript Glide) and integration experience (APIs MID Servers).
