Are you a ServiceNow expert passionate about designing innovative solutions that drive operational excellence Were hiring a ServiceNow Architect in Chandler AZ to lead the design implementation and integration of the ServiceNow platform across enterprise environments. If youre experienced with ITOM ITSM HRSD and more and youre ready to take your career to the next level this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable reliable and secure solutions across the ServiceNow platform
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and cloud platforms such as AWS Azure and third-party systems
- Lead development of CI/CD pipelines automation strategies and DevOps best practices for ServiceNow deployments
- Customize and optimize modules including ITSM ITOM HRSD HAM SAM CSM and CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technical solutions
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and the roadmap to maximize platform capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules ITOM ITSM HRSD HAM SAM CSM CRM (any or all)
- Solid understanding of cloud services (AWS Azure etc.) and how they integrate with ServiceNow
- Proficiency with automation tools and frameworks to enhance operational efficiency
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes within ServiceNow
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Healthcare or SLED (State Local and Education) environments
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus (Architect Developer Admin)
