Job Description

The Junior Health and Safety Advisor will support the EPC client's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team in ensuring safe working practices during the construction and commissioning phases of a solar farm project. Reporting to the HSE Manager, the advisor will assist in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the project's safety management systems, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company standards, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections, supporting risk assessments and toolbox talks, reporting and investigating incidents, maintaining safety documentation, and promoting a proactive safety culture among site personnel and subcontractors. This entry-level role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking hands-on experience in a renewable energy construction environment while contributing to the safe delivery of a major infrastructure project.
