Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Representative to manage and grow client this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to expand services and improve satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments.
Maintain strong long-term client relationships through regular check-ins and follow-ups.
Understand client goals and align our services to meet their business objectives.
Prepare and present reports performance updates and strategic recommendations.
Resolve client issues efficiently and ensure overall satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or a related field.
1 year of experience in account management customer service or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
