Primary Purpose of Job:As the Construction Coordinator your primary responsibility is supporting Midwest Petroleums Special Projects Team through comprehensive administrative financial and logistical coordination. Duties include managing budgets processing AIA contracts and billing and generating project reports. Ensures safety compliance support management in securing permitting and proposal development and facilitates communication between internal teams stakeholders and third-party partners. This position contributes to operational efficiency and profitability. It will also remain on-call to assist with ongoing and emergency project needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the Construction and Special Projects teams.
- AIA contracts and billing process distribute and maintain tracking of all billing and/or invoices.
- Budget maintenance and variance reporting managing maintaining and tracking for team.
- Setting up new Projects including filing and retrieval of documents and project logs producing ongoingreports as requested.
- Pre-construction and procurement i.e. ordering materials process orders track delivery and managedelivery documentation/inventory of materials.
- Report Generating provide schedule updates progress tracking on projects schedule adjustments.
- Safety - conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety andcompany requirements.
- Coordinate job meetings including preparing agendas creating and distributing meeting minutes reservingfacilities and sending invitations. Attend job meetings and take meeting minutes when appropriate.
- Arrange for jobsite set-up to ensure all materials and equipment are available for JDM team at site mayinclude trailers dumpsters restroom facilities utilities and phone/data lines computer equipment andperipherals.
- Communicate and use the interpersonal skills required to properly assist management report to stakeholdersand other leadership members as requested by the manager and meet with any third-party project partners.
- Work to improve team efficiency and increase profits.
- Manage all work performed by construction teams to ensure it is completed safely and that all workmanshipmeets or exceeds industry standards.
- Determine needed resources (manpower equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention tobudgetary limitations.
- Secure all MDNR and OSFM permitting as required.
- Any other permits as needed.
- Provide estimated project cost/proposals.
- Provide regular reports quotes and updates for owners.
- Provide 24/7 support and on-call services for locations owned by MPC.
- May provide assistance in special projects and perform other duties as assigned including working withclients and attending job sites.

Physical Requirements This position is performed in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to general office equipment beverage equipment coolers and any other site-specific equipment/factors. You could also encounter exposure to hazardous materials and loud noises. This job requires the ability to walk stand bend and reach regularly. Must be able to frequently be required to lift push or pull weight of at least 5 to 100 pounds. Ability to work in different Midwest Petroleum Stations.
