This hands-on EPM role focus on driving and aligning cross-functional engineering formulate follow and execute companys priority with respect to the above specified areasWork with cross-functional team DRIs and china OEM/CM teams to resolve engineering issues seen from mass production and field returns. Identify evaluate and drive various activities while clearly communicating the risks priorities and schedules to cross-functional and management team. Involve in partnering with NPI EPM group in next generation product developments in post-proto phase. Capability - Respond quickly and effectively to changes to the overall goals schedule and/or architecture- Work with highly skilled cross-functional engineering teams to identify risks explore solutions reach consensus and execute mitigations as quickly and efficiently as possible- Identify and prioritize project tasks and risks and able to filter and distill relevant information for the targeted audience- Requires an in-depth understanding of development and manufacturing process- Requires to have an engineering degree and experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments
BS ME/EE degree or equivalent
3 years of overall industry experience shipping consumer electronics products
Experience in working with Asia OEMs in high volume production products
Strong multidisciplinary technical background
Impeccable organizational multi-tasking and management skills
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Willingness and ability to travel internationally
MS ME/EE degree or equivalent
Experience with portable products including displays batteries WiFi/BT cellular input devices enclosures silicon and/or mass storage
