About the Role:
A high-performing boutique law firm is seeking entrepreneurial Lateral Partners with a portable book of business. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative low-conflict environment with top-tier support and a transparent compensation model designed to maximize partner earnings.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead client engagements and manage complex legal matters
  • Grow and deepen client relationships
  • Collaborate with elite attorneys from top firms and schools

What Were Looking For:

  • 10 years of legal experience
  • Proven track record of client development
  • Portable book of business (minimum threshold negotiable)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Desire to work in a collaborative non-political environment
