Your role in our team:
- You develop and implement digital quality management applications to increase product quality and process efficiency at all production sites and Q Functions
- You manage pilot projects and ensure successful roll out of AI use cases (from creating an idea to operational roll-out)
- You act as Product Owner for Quality applications and partner with IT to integrate AI solutions into existing quality management systems and workflows
- You engage in continuous learning and development to enhance skill sets and knowledge of AI and quality management practices
- You collaborate with engineering production and other departments to identify areas for standardization and enhancement to drive continuous improvements
- You create reports and dashboards (e.g. in Tableau) to visualize quality related data identify trends and generate insights
- You conduct training on utilizing AI tools and technologies effectively
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed your studies in computer science Data Science Mechanical Engineering Business Administration or a related field
- You have profound skills and experience in project management especially in quality related (IT) projects and process management.
- You know and apply agile methodology (i.e. SCRUM Design Thinking)
- You are experienced in data analysis and in using data visualization tools
- You have a keen interest in digitalization and technology trends such as IoT Big Data Industry 4.0 robotics and transformation projects.
- You enjoy taking on new challenges driving change and solutions taking ownership as well as making decisions.
- You are experienced in working in an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment an international expatriation period is a plus
- Your excellent communication skills your entrepreneurial approach analytical thinking as well as proactive self-driven work attitude and motivation set you apart.
- Fluent German and English skills as well as your confident handling of MS Office and SAP complete your profile.
