This hybridbusiness development and technical roleis pivotal in driving growth across strategic geographic markets. As askilled crash reconstruction engineer you will lead investigations perform detailed analyses using advanced tools and present your findings in both legal and technical formats. Simultaneously as theBusiness Development Market Lead you will identify new opportunities cultivate strategic partnerships and spearhead go-to-market strategies in targeted regions or sectors. Success in this role requires a unique blend ofengineering expertise investigative acumen and business development savvy.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Business Development
  • Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
  • Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and strategic partnerships

Technical
  • Conduct crash site investigations and vehicle inspections
  • Perform crash reconstruction analyses
  • Write detailed technical reports and deliver presentations
  • Support client relationships and business development
  • Maintain updated knowledge of regulations and trends
  • Accurately record time and expenses
  • Defend your work in a legal setting as an expert witness participating in depositions testifying etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or related field required
  • Registered as an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state applied.
  • Must have a Private investigator (P.I.) license in the state applied or the ability to obtain
  • Have an active NCEES record (Or be eligible to obtain within 90 days of employment).
  • 5 years of experience in business development sales
  • 5 years of experience in crash reconstruction and analyses required
  • Previous expert witness experience highly preferred
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate which authorizes commercial drone operations in accordance with U.S. regulations.
  • Proficiency in reconstruction software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Required to have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Required to meet all standards for pre-employment physical examination.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequently required to stand on ones feet for prolonged periods of time.
  • Frequently required to lift and/or move objects weighing 25-50lbs.
  • Frequently required climb into under and aroundvarious vehicles (both small and heavy duty) to document various damage etc.
  • Frequently required to work in various outdoor environments (hot cold wind rain etc) (field environments)
  • Frequently required to balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
  • Frequently required to use hands to finger handle or feel.
  • Frequently required to drive a vehicle for extended periods of time.
