Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving performance and delivering results At OneFamily were looking for a Sales Team Leader to inspire and lead a team of up to 10 Advisors champion inbound/outbound sales and help shape our customer retention and cross-sell strategy.
What youll do:
- Lead coach and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
- Deliver insightful MI to stakeholders and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate across departments to enhance the customer journey
- Ensure compliance quality and a customer-first approach in everything we do
