Evaluation Period: Annual performance evaluations if the student works the entire academic year. If the student works one semester the performance evaluation will be completed after that semester
Purpose: Assist Education Department faculty and staff with various department projects
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creating materials for Project Ready Preschool Projectlaminating creating letter cards etc.
- Assemble & organize materials for Project Ready
- Coordinating materials & material management
- phone skills
- data input
Other duties specific to this position:
- run occasional errands on campus
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student at Mount St. Joseph University education major preferred
- Ability to work on own initiative independently and to deadlines
- Well organized punctual and reliable
- The ability to communicate sensitively and tactfully both orally and in writing with individuals at all levels within the University
- Experience in areas indicated above plus other qualifications and requirements necessary for completion of duties.
