AP/AR SPECIALIST POZNA
Role overview
Porterage Team is part of the UK Finance Team working closely with various departments within Carlsberg Marstons Brewing Company. If you are looking for an opportunity to broaden your experience within cross-functional processes this is the team for you.
What youll be doing
- preparing volume reports for our suppliers and customers
- processing volumes from our distributors
- maintaining price lists and stocking policies
- raising invoices to our customers
- processing of beer ullage credit notes;
- reconciling statements and debit balances;
- supporting the team in daily tasks
- handling requests from suppliers & customers
What were looking for
Were looking for a candidate who:
- has a degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting
- has at least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable
- is communicative in English (both written and spoken B2/C1)
- has proficient organizational skills
- has good analytical skills
- has good skills in MS Office especially Excel;
- is skilled in time management self-motivated and customer-oriented;
