Our platform delivers automated insights directly from match video helping clubs federations and agencies make smarter decisions and elevate performance. With strong early traction across elite football and an expanding presence in Europe and the Americas were scaling our commercial operations.
Were looking for a Customer Success Specialist UK & Nordics to lead onboarding support and long-term success for our customers across the region. This is a high-impact relationship-focused role for someone who thrives in delivering value driving adoption and ensuring retention and growth. A deep understanding of the football landscape is essential to guide clubs and federations in getting the most out of our tactical insights and analysis platform.
As Customer Success Specialist UK & Nordics you will be responsible for onboarding supporting and growing relationships with clubs leagues federations and player agencies. Youll work cross-functionally with sales product and marketing to ensure our clients realise the full value of Kognias platform providing ongoing support training and insights that drive adoption and retention across the football ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship management skills with a passion for innovation in sport.
