Job Description
We are looking for a brightBusiness Controlling Internto join ourFinance teamat Bolton Food Italy.
How you make the difference
As a Business Controlling Intern youll support the Finance Italy team by bridging operational finance and commercial strategy. Your analytical support on trade spending advertising investments and overhead costs will help steer data-driven decisions and improve margin performance.
How your agenda looks like:
- Net Sales management: monitor and analyze sales performance across products and distribution channels prepare variances versus Budget and Forecast support sales forecasting process;
- Overhead cost control: collect and analyze indirect costs support forecasting variance reporting and cost optimization initiatives;
- Reporting & presentations: prepare dashboards presentations and ad hoc analyses for management review;
- Cross-functional liaison: collaborate with Marketing Trade Sales and Global Finance to ensure consistency between financial planning and commercial execution.
Your team:
You will report to the Business Controlling Manager and interact daily with Sales Marketing Trade Marketing and other internal stakeholders as a key business partner in financial analysis and operational support.
How you look like:
- Finalyear Bachelors or early Masters student in Finance Economics Business Administration Management Engineering or related fields;
- Excellent analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables lookups formulae); familiarity with BI tools or ERP systems is a plus;
- Fluent in Italian with strong command of English;
- Strong attention to detail organized and proactive;
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across teams;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to convey numeric insights to nonfinancial stakeholders.
