Your Impact

As a Founders Associate Intern youll work side-by-side with our Founders Associate and our CEO on executing and refining a new Product & GTM Strategy. Support in scoping the next 10x product case and help to scale it effectively. You can expect steep learning curves direct ownership and work that is visible across the entire company.

Your tasks

We started experimenting with a new GTM Motion the last weeks are seeing crazy traction and need more hands on-deck to double down on it. Your job involves everything from executing the current motion helping to productize and automate it further to finding the next big thing that comes afterwards.

• Implement our new GTM Strategy Support in testing and scaling new product growth ideas that will become core revenue drivers.

• Refine our new GTM strategy Analyze early traction data define hypotheses and test cases to scale the motion

• Enjoy the unpredicitiveness of a startup While planning ahead is great what really sets the work in a startup apart is that this role can develop in various directions depending on market development and your own initiative to drive projects.

• Become AI-native Automate your own workflows with tools like Lovable Cursor or whatever youre excited about then share best practices with the team.

• You are motivated to build something from the ground up and enjoy working hands-on and self-driven

• You have gained first professional experience in a dynamic fast-paced environment

• You have a natural curiosity and are eager to dive deep into our processes and understand the complexities of our work and our customers

• You are excited about discovering new AI tools and implementing them into your daily work increasing your own and the teams efficiency

• You are a strong communicator and have excellent written and personal communication skills in German and English
