Mannington presently has the following position available - Customer Service Representative Strategic Accounts
Monday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm with 1-hour lunch
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Must be able to perform all duties of Customer Service Representative
- Blanket Management Reserved Blanket Inventory
- Inventory management of blanket stock Work with customer and/or sales to create/manage blanket stock using construction/remodel and takeout schedules
- Submit blanket inventory requests to internal management for approval and work with production planning teams to ensure materials are ready in order to meet construction/remodel schedules
- Work with purchasing/Mannington personnel to arrange STOs for stock transfers to the bundling warehouse
- Reports
- Setup/Maintain/Distribute blanket reports for customers Sales and/or Mannington Management in addition to other reports
- ex: Ad hoc open orders shipment forecast revision claims inventory etc. as determined by management
- Takeoffs and Turnkey
- Receive floor plans from customers and submit them to the estimator to create take-offs
- Create proposals in SAP or using the MS Excel template
- Receive invoicing from estimator verify and submit approval to A/P Dept using the takeoff provided and submit to customer for approval
- Work with the Turnkey Dept to properly enter orders from quotes including both materials and labor
- Overtime may be required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate or bachelors degree in related field is preferred. 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area is required.
To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel & Outlook) and SAP.
