The Accounts Clerk is responsible for providing finance administrative and clerical support to the finance department. The role requires accurate and timely processing of transactions including data entry and coordination of invoices for the company s many clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare individual client invoices by merging invoices with source documentation.
Record keeping.
Email prepared client invoices in a timely manner.
Assist Finance in resolving invoice disputes.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Undertake other duties as reasonably required.
Requirements
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in adobe software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
Sound problem-solving skills.
Sound written and verbal communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
Knowledgeable in using Oracle
