Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit train & manage a team of insurance advisors
Drive business through the agency model and exceed sales targets
Build strong advisor & customer relationships
Conduct ongoing training and performance sessions
Ensure business growth through effective planning & strategy
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines

Who Can Apply:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (NBFC / Banking / Insurance preferred)
Stable career track: At least 1 year in your current organization
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong product knowledge and people management ability
