Limited Duration
This is a full-time limited-duration position currently funded through June 30 2027. Continuation beyond that date is subject to available funding.

The Clackamas County Circuit Court is hiring an Applied Contribution Analyst (Analyst 2).
As a subject matter expert you will maintain the Unrepresented Persons and Oregon Public Defense Commission (OPDC) data dashboards verify that statistics for OJD are accurate and ensure that performance measures are met. You will also identify in-custody defendants who do not have representation and schedule their court appearances for attorney status checks.
You will help self-represented litigants by providing instructions for how to complete and submit their paperwork and how to provide additional financial information to help the court verify their applications for court appointed attorneys. The support you provide will be in person over the phone and through email. You will also provide information to internal and external customers related to case and defendant status attorney information denials for court appointed attorneys how to appeal denials and setting hearing dates for appeals. You will spend part of your time attending meetings to exchange information with program partners such as the Clackamas County Jail and the Clackamas Indigent Defense Corporation and to suggest program improvements.
Additionally you will perform data entry run reports scan applications and prepare orders dockets and in-custody and out-of-custody lists. You will develop review and modify verification and court appointed attorney procedures to align with state and local procedures and rules. You will also monitor program and operational data provide updates and recommend changes to business processes.

Minimum Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have a bachelors degree in business court administration public administration or a related field.
AND
Two (2) years of increasingly responsible professional-level experience that typically supports the knowledge skills and abilities required for the position.
OR
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to six (6) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge skills and abilities for the position.
