Monitoring and controlling the flow of incoming calls;
Redistributing incoming call lines among operators to ensure an optimal number of answered calls across all lines and to prevent call queues from forming;
Collecting and analyzing call statistics data.
Requirements:
Excellent computer skills;
Very good English language proficiency;
Strong logical thinking and good concentration skills;
Precision and the ability to react quickly and make decisions;
Willingness to work in shifts (one week from 07:00 to 15:30 the other week from 14:30 to 23:00).
