Job Description

Hunton Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Onboarding Coordinator & Refrigerant Admin to support both refrigerant management and technician onboarding efforts. This critical role ensures compliance with environmental and safety regulations while also facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new field technicians. The ideal candidate will be detail-driven service-minded and passionate about operational excellence and technician readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Refrigerant & Compliance Management:

  • Track and reconcile refrigerant inventory across shop and truck stock.
  • Maintain and update purchasing logs using Asset Panda and SharePoint.
  • Monitor refrigerant tracking in WennSoft and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and track EPA refrigerant certifications for technicians.
  • Generate and distribute refrigerant usage reports to internal teams and customers.
  • Monitor compliance with fire extinguisher and electrical glove requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer equipment lists.
  • Stay informed on EPA regulations and safety certification requirements.

Technician Onboarding & Training:

  • Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new field technicians.
  • Deliver training on company systems including MobileTech XOI Asset Panda and workflow tools.
  • Facilitate orientation on payroll policies safety and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR Payroll Safety and Service Coordination to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain onboarding schedules materials and documentation.
  • Track technician progress and readiness for field deployment.
  • Provide refresher training and ongoing system support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or 35 years of relevant administrative training or compliance experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Outlook PowerPoint SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with HVAC industry systems (MobileTech XOI Asset Panda WennSoft) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records with accuracy.
