Hunton Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Onboarding Coordinator & Refrigerant Admin to support both refrigerant management and technician onboarding efforts. This critical role ensures compliance with environmental and safety regulations while also facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new field technicians. The ideal candidate will be detail-driven service-minded and passionate about operational excellence and technician readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Refrigerant & Compliance Management:
- Track and reconcile refrigerant inventory across shop and truck stock.
- Maintain and update purchasing logs using Asset Panda and SharePoint.
- Monitor refrigerant tracking in WennSoft and follow up on discrepancies.
- Coordinate and track EPA refrigerant certifications for technicians.
- Generate and distribute refrigerant usage reports to internal teams and customers.
- Monitor compliance with fire extinguisher and electrical glove requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date customer equipment lists.
- Stay informed on EPA regulations and safety certification requirements.
Technician Onboarding & Training:
- Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new field technicians.
- Deliver training on company systems including MobileTech XOI Asset Panda and workflow tools.
- Facilitate orientation on payroll policies safety and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with HR Payroll Safety and Service Coordination to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain onboarding schedules materials and documentation.
- Track technician progress and readiness for field deployment.
- Provide refresher training and ongoing system support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or 35 years of relevant administrative training or compliance experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Outlook PowerPoint SharePoint).
- Strong organizational communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with HVAC industry systems (MobileTech XOI Asset Panda WennSoft) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records with accuracy.
