Your role
As the first line of support youll help clients with account activations transaction checks and financial requests . By providing clear info and fast solutions you ensure smooth operations and happy clients .
Your responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls & e-mails (B2B)
- Support new clients with onboarding
- Handle transaction & financial queries
- Share product info & solutions
- Keep strong customer relationships
- Follow training program (3 phases buddy system)
Your profile
- Proficiency in German and good level of English
- Experience in call center is a plus
- Strong communicator
- Positive & adaptable

- Skilled in constructive conflict handling
