ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf ofour client VITALITE is seeking for aPharmacist Store Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the parapharmacy ensuring safe and effective dispensing of medications compliance with all regulatory requirements and the delivery of high-quality customer service. This role includes supervising parapharmacy staff managing inventory ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical guidelines and contributing to business growth.

Location:Thessaloniki

Working Model:On-site

What will you do:

  • Supervise and manage all parapharmacy operations and personnel.
  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and ensure compliance with medical and legal guidelines.
  • Provide expert advice on medication usage dosage side effects and interactions.
  • Monitor stock levels place orders and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure the parapharmacy complies with all local and national regulations (e.g. health and safety licensing GDPR).
  • Train mentor and evaluate pharmacy staff.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient and medication records.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide high-level pharmaceutical care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and suppliers.
  • Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.


Requirements
  • Degree in Pharmacy (BSc or Pharm) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid pharmacist license and registration in the respective country.
  • Proven experience in pharmacy management or senior pharmacist role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical practices ethics and legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and digital tools.
