Primary Care Provider (NP or PA)

The Position:
This position is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who values a consistent balanced schedule while delivering high-quality care. The practice operates on a 20-minute appointment block model with built-in buffers to support smooth workflows protected lunch breaks and timely end-of-day wrap-ups. The provider will be responsible for managing general primary care needs in an outpatient setting.
- Production Based (1099 able to make 180k Per Year)
- Salary / RVU Model Available if Preferred

- 2 Weeks of PTO 6 Holidays
- Supportive team and patient-first culture
- Part-time option available
- Travel required between Port Charlotte and Sarasota for the first six months
Requirements:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner of Physician Assistant in Florida
- CPR Certification
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Open to both experienced providers and new graduates
Responsibilities:
- Monday through Friday
- 20-minute visit intervals
- One-hour total of daily buffer time (before/after lunch and beginning/end of day)
- No weekends no late nights
