Job Description
Night Shift Health Care Assistant 13/hour
Location: West Belfast
Hours: 12-hour shifts 2 or 3 nights per week (24 or 36 hours/week)
Key Duties:
Provide overnight care and support to residents
Assist with personal care routines toileting and repositioning
Carry out regular welfare checks and ensure safety/security
Maintain accurate and timely care records
Light domestic duties (e.g. laundry tidying communal areas)
Communicate effectively with day staff during handovers
Requirements:
Previous experience in a care setting
Compassionate and patient approach
Able to stay alert and responsive throughout the night
Right to work in the UK
