You will perform the following:Drive the silicon debug effort involving custom with circuit design teams to define the silicon characterization requirementsEngage with the PE/DFT/FA teams to plan the silicon characaterization/debug for the test chips and product design analysis modeling/simulation spice simulation statistical analysis and silicon bring closely with the systems lab to reproduce the circuit behavior using MBIST functional cause analysis using various eFA and pFA techniques.
BS in a relevant field of study and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
We are looking for applicants with following key qualifications:
Experience in one or multiple of the following areas is highly desirable: SRAM circuits custom circuit design silicon debug.
Experience in design of low voltages / low power custom circuits.
Deep understanding of deep submicron device physics leakage mechanisms technology interactions with device behavior.
Solid understanding of device matching device noise sources (1/f thermal) extrinsic noise sources (supply jitter) and their impact on high precision circuit.
Ability to conduct experiments during silicon debug gathering and analyzing data; and utilize scripting to support efficient handling of the debug data.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python /Perl or others) and CAD automation tools.
Knowledge of industry standard circuit and design tools.
