Description

As a member of the Security and Identity team you will be part of a teamresponsible for the platform used by OCI service teams and external customers to transfer artifacts and data from one region to another within the Cloud. It is fundamental to OCIs security posture and is ahighly scalable system that works across hundreds of thousands of resources within each of the 60 regions worldwide. As a Principal Software Developer you will work on developing new features to make deployment friction free whilemaintaining security and compliance. You will also provide technicalleadership to junior engineers and will be a mentor to help grow engineeringcraft. Duties and tasks are varied and complex requiring independent judgmentand full competence in the area of expertise. May have project lead role andor supervise lower-level personnel. Experience with production operations and good practices for puttingquality code in production and troubleshoot issues when they arise. Comfortable and proficient in communicating technical ideas verballyand in writing (technical proposals design specs architecturediagrams). Experience with Agile Development (Scrum or Kanban). Ability to translate feature requirements into a development plan andthen execute on that planPreferred Qualifications. Proficiency in Java or GoLang. Experience with Java micro-service and serverless frameworks. Experience designing and building multi-tenant distributed systems. Experience working in a DevOps environment. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96800 to $223400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
