Were looking for a Senior Global Benefits Manager to join our business. This role will lead the review design and implementation of global benefits & wellbeing strategies that align with Aggrekos overall goals and objectives.

The Senior Global Benefits Manager is responsible for the design administration and management of Aggrekos benefits programmes across more than 60 countries.
This role ensures that benefit offerings are competitive compliant cost-effective and aligned with company culture and colleague needs. As a subject matter expert the role partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver an exceptional benefits experience globally. This role reports to the Head of Reward and manages a team of 5 across our regions.
