Your Role
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of roofing crews on service and repair
projects. - Conduct morning briefings to assign tasks review safety protocols and set daily
goals. - Ensure work is completed on time within budget and to quality standards.

They work 75% re-roofing and 25% service successfully delivering small maintenance repairs to major re-roofing projects valued up to $8m.
Key Requirements
- 3 5 years of commercial roofing experience with at least 2 years in a
supervisory or lead foreman role - Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems repair methods and service
best practices - Skilled in scope writing estimating materials and coordinating small job logistics
