Pay Rate/Range: $17-20/hr
Description: Seeking a Quality Inspector to perform inspection functions on assembled parts throughout various stages of production. Responsibilities include validating processes documenting compliance with quality standards interpreting customer instructions and blueprints and preparing parts for external requirements. Duties also involve recording data in the Work Order Tracking System documenting nonconforming materials and assisting in root cause identification to prevent recurring issues. Additional tasks include performing sampling inspections adhesion testing and using calibrated measurement tools. Must verify job accuracy maintain inspection area cleanliness and handle customer-supplied products with care. Role requires effective time management to meet production and quality goals adherence to safety procedures professional interaction with team members and vendors and flexibility to work overtime when needed.
Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalency preferred; candidates without one must complete a pre-employment assessment. Requires the ability to read and comprehend American English interpret customer drawings mylars and sketches and follow both written and verbal instructions. Must develop working knowledge of internal procedures customer requirements and chemical processing operations. Strong communication skills attention to detail basic math competency and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues are essential. Proficiency with the Work Order Tracking Program and Quality System on SharePoint is required. The role demands professionalism dependability a strong work ethic flexibility and the ability to perform under stress. Desired attributes include motivation interpersonal skills team-building organizational and planning abilities and analytical and presentation skills. Physical requirements include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods work in environments with varying noise levels and occasionally lift or move 1050 pounds. Use of PPE including eye ear and foot protection is required when on the manufacturing floor.

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:30pm
