Job Description
About the Role:
Step into an exhilarating role within our Sports trading team where you will spearhead the growth of major US sporting codes. Join a vibrant inquisitive and engaging team as you champion business initiatives craft innovative product proposition and cultivate our outstanding talent. Collaborate closely with diverse teams across the organisation to grow the NBA NBL and other US codes.
Strategy & Performance
- Assist in designing measuring and optimising product proposition.
- Ensure daily operational excellence to enhance the customer experience.
- Analyse data to uncover valuable trends and implement best practices.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to anticipate upcoming challenges and opportunities for your codes.
Risk Management
- Collaborate with the risk team to oversee our liabilities and identify customer patterns.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements by working closely with relevant teams.
- Engage with global stakeholders to assess the implications of new product initiatives for Sportsbet.
Promote Growth
- Take a leadership role within Go-To-Market groups.
- Develop a deep understanding of competitors product offering.
- Invest in team development to foster effective succession planning.
- Challenge current ways of working
About You:
- High computer literacy with strong knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Proven record of resolving complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions.
- Strong Leadership and Culture capability and high competency in trading development.
- Evidence of consistent advanced knowledge-sharing and process improvement/optimisation.
- Familiarity with wagering products systems and betting features.
- Analytical capability with an interest in learning other analytics tools.
- Expert report-writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Translates commercial insight into actionable plans that balance short-term gains with long-term sustainability.
