The Global Talent function is responsible for talent acquisition talent and performance management learning and leadership development early career pipeline planning at Invesco globally.
About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and globally mindedTalent Management Partnerto join our Human Resources team within the financial services sector. This role will serve as a trustedthought partner to the Head of Talent Management playing a key role in shaping and evolving our enterprise-wide talent strategies. The Talent Management Partner will support the design and delivery of ourTalent Review and Succession Planningprocesses with a strong focus on building a robust future-ready leadership pipeline.
This role will also contribute to theevaluation and evolution of our Talent Review approach for 2026 ensuring it aligns with the dynamic needs of the business and the regulatory environment of financial services. The ideal candidate will bring a systems-thinking mindset strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for enabling HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to drive talent outcomesacross regions cultures and functions.
