What youll be doing:

Supporting business development through research competitor mapping and lead generation.
Building targeted talent pools and longlists across specialist roles.
Delivering salary benchmarking and compensation insights to guide hiring decisions.
Producing market and tech stack reports that capture trends emerging skills and in-demand technologies.
Partnering with consultants and directors to shape strategies and provide actionable insights.
Driving continuous improvement in research methods and contributing to special projects that elevate candidate and client experience.
