What youll be doing:
- Supporting business development through research competitor mapping and lead generation.
- Building targeted talent pools and longlists across specialist roles.
- Delivering salary benchmarking and compensation insights to guide hiring decisions.
- Producing market and tech stack reports that capture trends emerging skills and in-demand technologies.
- Partnering with consultants and directors to shape strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Driving continuous improvement in research methods and contributing to special projects that elevate candidate and client experience.
