Order Fulfilment Coordinator Burnley HQ
Panaz Group a global leader in luxury textiles and innovative fabric design is seeking an Order Fulfilment Coordinator. Based at our Burnley headquarters youll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer orders are processed and delivered seamlesslyfrom initial placement to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage order changes using Date Change Reports ensuring timely communication across teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers couriers and warehouse teams to ensure prompt deliveries
- Oversee consignment stock movements within the warehouse
- Collaborate with the warehouse and Customer Experience teams to resolve undelivered orders
- Track uncollected customer collections and provide timely updates
- Support the Stock and Planning Manager with print scheduling and capacity planning
What Were Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in order fulfilment sales order processing or operational administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure
- Proficient in ERP/order management systems and Microsoft Excel
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and hands on with warehouse sales and logistics teams
