Order Fulfilment Coordinator Burnley HQ

Panaz Group a global leader in luxury textiles and innovative fabric design is seeking an Order Fulfilment Coordinator. Based at our Burnley headquarters youll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer orders are processed and delivered seamlesslyfrom initial placement to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage order changes using Date Change Reports ensuring timely communication across teams.
  • Coordinate with suppliers couriers and warehouse teams to ensure prompt deliveries
  • Oversee consignment stock movements within the warehouse
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and Customer Experience teams to resolve undelivered orders
  • Track uncollected customer collections and provide timely updates
  • Support the Stock and Planning Manager with print scheduling and capacity planning

What Were Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in order fulfilment sales order processing or operational administration
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure
  • Proficient in ERP/order management systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and hands on with warehouse sales and logistics teams
