DECLINATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ** ** PLEASE HAVE REFERENCES PRIOR TO SUBMISSION ** Position / Specialty: XRay Tech Start date: 8/19/2025 Shift: 5x8 Start times may vary between 12-3pm 8 hour shifts Unit: X-Ray Years of experience REQ: 2 Years First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Weekend REQ: Some weekends within a 6 week period. Certs REQ: AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology ARRT-R CRT Fluoroscopy License BLS. Is on-call REQ (Y/N) What is the req None. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs Yes. Open to accommodating block schedule (Y/N) None. Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule Yes 50 mile radius. Pending License accepted: (Y/N) None. RTO Restrictions: 10 days max. 0 RTO within the first two weeks of start. Must submit RTO upon offer. Guaranteed Hours: 40
