Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Revenue

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging with existing customers such as MES Contractors Firefighting MEP Contractors Waterproofing Dealers and Applicators.

  • Provide technical support to customers to assist in lead conversion and order generation.

  • Generate new business for Membrane Waterproofing Pipe Coating/Wrapping and Liquid Waterproofing products.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Head to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth supply execution.

2. Key Account & Customer Relationship Management

  • Identify and manage Key Accounts and develop influencer networks within the assigned territory.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Specifiers and Purchase Managers to drive approvals and business opportunities.

  • Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting quotation negotiation and order closure.

  • Track opportunities and leverage technical expertise to outperform competition.

3. Collections & Account Management

  • Adhere to commercial policies in coordination with the Commercial Manager and Regional Head.

  • Drive timely collections of outstanding payments and conduct periodic reviews.

  • Ensure account reconciliations and identify financially weak customers proactively to mitigate risks.



Requirements

  • Any Graduate

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in construction materials waterproofing coatings or related industries.

  • Strong background in project sales key account management.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical support and close high-value sales.
