The San Diego office is seeking a highly skilled self-motivated technically minded Civil Engineer with 0 to 5 years experience to join our team in applying engineering skills to a variety of challenging projects. We are looking for someone with experience that ranges from civil design projects through construction.

Compensation and Benefits:

Expected Base Salary: $70000 to $90000 based on experience.
Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.
Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance.
Hybrid work schedule (subject to change).
401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching with 9% Employee Contribution.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
Civil Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) preferred
Ability/desire to obtain a P.E. license when eligible if not currently licensed
0-5 years of professional experience in the design of commercial office mixed-use multi-family residential education municipal and Federal projects
Technical experience with site layouts precise grading stormwater management hydrologic and hydraulic calculations technical studies preparation and processing of public improvement and grading plans and earthwork calculations preferred
Experience coordinating with a multi-discipline design team preferred
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
Working with counterparts in other offices to share workload when required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
A positive can-do attitude
