Job Description

The San Diego office is seeking a highly skilled self-motivated technically minded Civil Engineer with 0 to 5 years experience to join our team in applying engineering skills to a variety of challenging projects. We are looking for someone with experience that ranges from civil design projects through construction.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected Base Salary: $70000 to $90000 based on experience.
- Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.
- Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance.
- Hybrid work schedule (subject to change).
- 401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching with 9% Employee Contribution.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
- Civil Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) preferred
- Ability/desire to obtain a P.E. license when eligible if not currently licensed
- 0-5 years of professional experience in the design of commercial office mixed-use multi-family residential education municipal and Federal projects
- Technical experience with site layouts precise grading stormwater management hydrologic and hydraulic calculations technical studies preparation and processing of public improvement and grading plans and earthwork calculations preferred
- Experience coordinating with a multi-discipline design team preferred
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
- Working with counterparts in other offices to share workload when required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- A positive can-do attitude

Expected Salary Range $70000.00 to $90000.00 based on experience.
