We are looking to build a bench of Management talent and will be hiring very dynamic Managers to join our team! The Manager role will have a primary responsibility over the restaurant. This role will help ensure the first impression of the restaurant and is responsible for Managing and executing all front of house functions.

Day in the Life:
Oversee entire daily operation in extremely high-volume environment
Train coach develop and mentor both Managers and hourly team
Effectively communicate with all levels of team members and Management
Be the ultimate driver or brand standards
Promote a strong positive culture
Become system matter expert for all restaurant systems (Toast R365 Craftable 7shifts Sevenrooms etc.)
Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction
Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
