Join a growing architectural studio in Sydney known for its creative designs and strong partnerships with consultants like engineers and landscape architects. This boutique firm delivers high-quality projects with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
Our client is looking for a Client Services Manager to help keep projects running smoothly. You ll work closely with clients consultants and the team managing communication coordinating tasks and handling admin support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication
Coordinate with consultants contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule
Track project deliverables and follow up with team members as needed
Handle administrative tasks that support day-to-day project operations
Monitor weekly project progress and flag any risks or delays
Manage and organize data in Excel spreadsheets and other tools
Keep project documentation and communications well-organized
Support the business owner with various ad hoc operational tasks
2 3 years of experience in client services project coordination or admin support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Quick learner with the ability to understand roles in the construction/architecture industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
Self-starter who works independently and maintains high-quality output
Adaptable and eager to learn new systems and processes
Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach
