Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and drive delivery of complex IT and ERP initiatives across multiple workstreams. This role is responsible for ensuring timely on-budget project execution in alignment with defined quality standards. Working closely with senior leadership internal teams and external vendors the Project Manager will serve as a strategic and consultative partner who brings structure clarity and results across dynamic evolving projects.
Your Daily Tasks
- Program and Project Leadership. Lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of IT initiatives particularly ERP-related projects. Coordinate with senior leadership and project stakeholders to define scope communicate vision and ensure alignment on goals and outcomes.
- Planning and Execution. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules budgets and status reports. Identify and manage project risks scope changes and interdependencies. Ensure controls are in place and make real-time adjustments as needed to keep the project on track.
- Collaboration and Communication. Act as a strategic liaison between business and technical teams. Facilitate project meetings document key decisions and communicate status updates effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution. Drive proactive resolution of issues and remove roadblocks. Motivate teams mediate conflicts and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Support Other Initiatives. Work closely with a Senior Project Manager on large-scale ERP initiatives while independently managing other smaller projects or workstreams based on organizational priorities.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- A bachelor s degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on project management experience including large-scale and complex projects.
- Strong ERP implementation experience; must be able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking data analysis and reporting.
- Technical aptitude; capable of partnering closely with technical sponsors despite a primarily functional PM background.
- A consultative and collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A relentless drive for clarity progress and delivery someone who takes initiative and moves projects forward without waiting for direction.
- Comfort working within Waterfall or hybrid delivery models with adaptability to different project frameworks.
