Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service and exude a passion for events
- Ensures complete accuracy of banquet set-up per the BEO including tables linen glassware cutlery centerpieces food and bar stations and miscellaneous décor
- Help set up breaks buffets drink stations etc
- Responsible for helping refresh meeting rooms for next day
- Anticipate guest needs ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Assist in breakdown of events including clearing and storing banquet tables cleaning service stations bringing used glassware and cutlery to the dishwasher etc.
- Be able to delegate tasks to make sure set-up service and tear down is conducted effectively and efficiently
- Assist Manager in running events and managing team
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience a plus
Shift:
- Must have be available days nights and weekends
